One of the most important advantages of a Qualified Consumer Friendly Housing Loan is, in my opinion, that it is no longer “entrusting the bank” with free-of-charge mortgages in the framework of an action, but makes it mandatory! Market experience so far has been that the bank in question has provided this free-of-charge only to its own home savings or, failing that, to the product of its strategic partner.

In the case of 10,000,000 forints, we earn 200,000 if the prepayment is made from home savings.
